What kind of coaching do you offer?
Our very being is sourced by our ancestral relationships which have been lost due to histories of colonization, assimilation, and marginalization. In working together, we will get to slow down, and take foundational steps toward reclaiming your story, your cultural identity, and Self. We weave in intentional hypnotherapy such as past life regression, ceremony, and practices which will ground you in your journey back to the core of who you are.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is well researched, well-documented practice of tapping into the powers of your subconscious mind, where your dreams, memories, and behaviors reside. And when in a hypnotic or trance state, an opportunity for change becomes possible.
At least 3-6 sessions are recommended.
What is Men’s Work?
Sacred masculinity involves demonstrating courage, empathy and understanding, having circles, engaging men in group conversations that encourage expression of emotions. Our culture doesn’t make ‘getting together’ in this way a normal thing for men. And I create these brave containers where you can show up as you are.
